Information
Will Adolphy is a psychotherapist, speaker, and educator working at the intersection of men’s mental health, masculinity, and culture.

He delivers dynamic talks and workshops in schools, universities, and public forums across the UK, helping young people, staff and parents understand the pressures boys face today, both online and offline.

Will leads CPD training sessions for staff and parents, including Understanding the Manosphere and Approaching Conversations with Boys, a practical and compassionate guide to navigating online misogyny, influencer culture, and the rise of figures like Andrew Tate.
His unique insight comes not just from professional training, but personal experience.
Will was once drawn into the online ‘Manosphere’ during a time of crisis. His journey out of that world and toward emotional healing is the subject of his upcoming book BOYS ONLINE: A Parent's Guide to the Manosphere - From Someone Who's Been There, and featured in Movember’s recent Young Men’s Health in a Digital World report [watch documentary here].

Will was invited to Number 10 Downing Street to share his lived experience with the Prime Minister and Health Secretary and take part in informal discussions on the UK Men’s Health Strategy, before returning for a roundtable with the makers of Adolescence. He has since spoken at multiple United Nations events, sharing his personal story with global policymakers and contributing to conversations on engaging boys and men in ending violence against women and girls.

His lived experience of addiction, anxiety and suicidal ideation, combined with his clinical background, makes him a deeply relatable and impactful speaker, especially for boys who feel disconnected, misunderstood, or left behind.
